With  an 810 credit rating my bank, which I had been loyal to for over 36 years, refused to refinance my mortgage at 2.75% with absolutely no reason. I called my financial advisor and he put me in touch with Julia Davidson of lighthouse mortgage. To say we were impressed would be a DRASTIC UNDERSTATEMENT. We were treated like we were some sort of very special customer. This is almost never the case when dealing with a financial institution. Within 30 days, and this was at the busiest time for refinancing a home. If you need a mortgage and are  Fed up with being treated like garbage, do not hesitate to use lighthouse for your mortgage needs. If I ever need another mortgage Julia Davidson will  definitely be my first call.
